FIRE FUELS REDUCTION

The
Nevada State Purchasing Division has awarded new contracts for
Fire Fuels Reduction services. The fuels reduction services
contracts have been awarded to various vendors for multiple scopes of
work. The contract period is effective from March 1, 2010 through
December 31, 2012, with the possibility of extensions. These contracts
are mandatory Good of the State multiple award contracts for all
State Agencies. The University and Community College System, The
Court System, The Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political
Subdivisions within the State of Nevada may also use these contracts.
For
specific scopes of work for every project, agencies should obtain a
quote from each of the vendors awarded within that scope, but not less
than three where at least three vendors were awarded. Agencies
must verify with State Purchasing that vendor has current insurance
prior to Vendor beginning any work.
