Mail Services

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is pleased to announce continued participation in the mail services contract with FedEx, recipients of an award by the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA). Contracted services include shipping of all express mail, package air, and ground delivery services, including traditional 1, 2, and 3-day Domestic, as well as all International Air Services. 

The Judicial and Legislative Branches, State Boards and Commissions, the University and Community College System of Nevada, local governments and political subdivisions of Nevada may also use this contract.

All express mail, package air, and ground delivery service pursuant to this contract must be shipped through FedEx. 

For agencies utilizing State Mail Services, the Purchasing Division recommends that packages be readied for Mail Services pick-up labeled with the originator’s information and destination address, as well as an indication of “Ground,” “Overnight Express,” or “2^nd Day Express.”   

Vendor Information

  * The Participating Addendum takes the place of the State Contract Form when participating in WSCA.
