PC/LAN Technical Services

The
Purchasing Division is pleased to announce
a contract for PC/LAN Technical Services. This mandatory good of the State contract includes all services requiring on-site diagnostics or
intervention for agencies who do not have dedicated technicians for
their desktop or server computing environments. Services will be
rendered on an as-needed basis, and the vendor will invoice user
agencies directly based on an established all-inclusive (labor,
overhead, travel, etc.) hourly rate. This contract may be used by the University and Community College System, the Court System,
the Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the
State of Nevada. The contract will be in effect through March 1, 2012.
To receive
services all agencies must call the Department of
Information Technology Help Desk at (775) 684-4333. A help ticket
will be initiated and the contracted vendor will be dispatched.
