The Nevada
State Purchasing Division has awarded new contracts for
Transcription Services to the vendors listed below. These are mandatory Good of
the State, multiple award contracts for all State Agencies. The
contracts are in effect until June 30, 2015. Each agency is
encouraged to utilize the various vendors for your transcription needs.
These
contracts are strictly for transcription services. The agency will
record the minutes and then send the media to one of the contracted
vendors. Contracted vendors will not send a representative to
attend meetings and take minutes.
The University and Community College System, The Court System, The Legislative Counsel
Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the State of Nevada may
also use these contracts.

All using agencies are requested to share any information and/or
experiences regarding these contracts, using the downloadable form shown
below, as the vendors' performance will be rated in the statewide
contracts database.
