The Purchasing Division is pleased to announce new contracts for local exchange transport services with Central Telephone Company, Nevada, dba Centurylink, Cox Communications, and tw telecom holdings inc.  The contracts pertain to Southern Nevada and will be in effect thru February 28, 2012.  These are mandatory contracts for all State Agencies.    

Overview - These contracts apply to Local Exchange telecommunications voice, data and transport services located within LATA 721 in the southern portion of the State.

Required services are:
Voice:
Digital and Analog Centrex Services, Voice Mail, Direct Inward Dialing Capability/Direct Outward Dialing, Directory Services and Conferencing.
Transport:
ISDN, DSL, Dedicated Circuits, SIP Trunking, Fiber and Ethernet
Optional: Internet Service and Video Conferencing
