Bid documents are posted to this site as self-extracting compressed Word 2003 files and/or as standard Word 2003 files. You no longer need zip utility software to unzip and view the self-extracting documents. To extract Word 2003 (exe) files after downloading, you must first run the downloaded executable file and then instruct the program which directory you would like the file extracted to. To view standard Word 2003 (doc) files just open them up with Microsoft Word 2003. 

Bid documents are also available in PDF format for your viewing or printing ON-LINE!! Adobe Acrobat Reader Software must be loaded on your computer to view or print these documents on-line. The "Adobe Acrobat Reader" may be obtained free of charge by visiting Adobe's Free Acrobat Reader Software web site.

When downloading, please first print out the document before filling in the required information.  Please follow  submission instructions and pay particular attention to the opening date of each bid. Amendments posted will be listed with an "A" extension.
