The State of Nevada Purchasing Division on behalf of the Western
States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) has awarded seven (7) contracts for
Multifunction Copiers, Related Software and Service providing using entities
considerable flexibility in choosing the most appropriate vendor to meet their
needs. The vendors listed below are prepared to provide information so the
entity can make an informed decision.
Interested states must first enter into a Participating Addendum
(PA) before utilizing contracts and should contact the WSCA/NASPO Cooperative
Development Team at wncoopdt@amrms.com
to obtain the documentation.
All contracts are effective from June 1, 2009 until June 30, 2014.
Comprehensive financial options available:

Purchase
-
Operational Leases – with varying buyout ownership options at end of term
including no ownership option
-
Capital Leases – Traditional financing with ownership at end of term
(software, buyouts of existing leases)
-
Cancelable Rentals – Cancel with four month penalty on rental payment
-
All leases and rentals have a non appropriations clause to avoid fiscal
commitments
