The
Purchasing Division is pleased to announce the award of a new contract
with Drug Free Workplaces USA, LLC for the collection and testing of human bodily
fluids for blood alcohol content and drugs of abuse under the provisions
of NRS 284.406. The contract is effective January 1, 2009 thru
December 31, 2013 and covers testing for the following
categories:

Pre-Employment;
·
For-Cause;
·
Random Testing of employees
This
contract is mandatory for all state agencies. The
University and Community College System, the Court System, the
Legislative Counsel Bureau, and Political Subdivisions (i.e., cities,
counties, school districts, etc.) may use the contract resulting from
this Request; however, they are not required to do so.
