The Nevada State Purchasing Division has
awarded contracts to LexisNexis, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc., and
West Publishing Corporation for On-Line Legal and Public Records
Research. These new contracts are in effect as of July 1, 2010 and
continue through June 30, 2014. These are statewide contracts and
mandatory use is required.
Whenever utilizing these contracts we encourage you to compare services
and pricing with both vendors.
These contracts may be used by the
University and Community College System, the Court System, the
Legislative Counsel Bureau and all Political Subdivisions within the
State of Nevada. For more information see below for contact
