SYMANTEC GOVERNMENT ALLIANCE PROGRAM MASTER
LICENSING CONTRACT

The State of Nevada has entered into a “Master License and Maintenance/Support Agreement” for Symantec Anti-Virus and Security software products. This is an excellent opportunity for you to save money on your Symantec licenses and media.  Although Symantec has set the level of pricing to Band Level F, pricing may vary per reseller depending on their particular percent of markup. It is expected that entities placing direct orders will obtain quotes from each reseller and “award” accordingly.  This contract has been approved for use by all governmental entities within the State of Nevada including all State Agencies, the University and Community College System, the Court System, Legislative Counsel Bureau, Cities, Counties and political subdivisions.

Orders under $5,000.00 may be placed direct with the vendor(s), orders over $5,000.00 shall be submitted by requisition with the required approvals applied, to State Purchasing for processing.
