US COMMUNITIES CONTRACTS

The Purchasing Division is pleased to announce participation in two new contracts for electrical products and maintenance & hardware supplies.  The electrical contract is with Graybar Electric Co. and the maintenance & hardware supplies are with Home Depot.  These contracts are permissive and should only be used if the products needed cannot be purchased from our current, mandatory Grainger contract.  Agencies have direct purchase authority up to $5,000 and should establish an account with each vendor prior to ordering to ensure proper billing and reporting.   

These contracts provide contracted discount pricing, bulk buy discounts, and rebates. 
Note:  State of Nevada agencies are not eligible for individual rebates; one rebate will be paid to the state for deposit into the General Fund.
